PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE TRUALTA PLATFORM.

By using the website or by clicking to accept the terms and conditions, you accept and agree to be bound and comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all of these Terms and Conditions of use, you must cease all further use of the Site and the Platform.

These website terms and conditions of use for  www.trualta.com constitute a legal agreement and are entered into by and between you and Trualta Inc. (“Trualta”). The following terms and conditions, together with any documents and/or additional terms they expressly incorporate by reference (collectively, these “Terms and Conditions” or this “Agreement”), govern your access to and use, including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through www.trualta.ca, including the Trualta learning platform (collectively and interchangeably the “Site” or “Platform”), and will additionally govern any Content, text, images, video, audio or other multimedia content, software or other information or material submitted to, subsisting on or accessible from the Site or Platform.

The Platform Does Not Provide Medical Advice

The contents of the Trualta Platform, such as text, graphics, images, information obtained from Trualta’s licensors, and other material contained on the Trualta Platform (“Content“) are for informational purposes only. The Content is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of something you have read on the Trualta Platform!

If you think you may have a medical emergency, call your doctor or 911 immediately. Trualta does not recommend or endorse any specific tests, physicians, products, procedures, opinions, or other information that may be mentioned on the Platform. Reliance on any information provided by Trualta, Trualta employees, others appearing on the Platform at the invitation of Trualta, or other visitors to the Platform is solely at your own risk.

Restrictions on Use

As a condition of your access and use you agree that you may use the Site and the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, and you further agree and covenant:

  1. not to use the Site for any purpose that is unlawful under applicable law, or prohibited by these Terms and Conditions;
  2. not to circumvent, violate, or breach the security of the Site including without limitation: (a) accessing content and data that is not intended for you; (b) attempting to breach or breaching the security and/or authentication measures in an unauthorized manner; (c) restrict disrupt or disable service to users, hosts, servers or networks; (d) illicitly reproducing TCP/IP packet header; (e) disrupting network services and otherwise disrupting Site owner’s ability to monitor the Site; (f) use any robot, spider, or other automatic device, process, or means to access the Site for any purpose, including monitoring or copying any of the material on the Site; (g) introduce any viruses, trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful; (h) attack the Site via a denial-of-service attack, distributed denial-of-service attack, flooding, mailbombing or crashing; and (i) otherwise attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Site;
  3. not harvest or otherwise collect or store any information (including personally identifiable information) about other users of the Site or customers of Trualta, including e-mail addresses, electronic addresses, phone numbers, names, photos, and so on without the express consent of such users;
  4. not to defame or disparage anybody or make comments of an obscene, derogatory or offensive manner or otherwise use the Site or its Content in a way that brings us or any third party into disrepute or causes us to be liable to any third party;
  5. not to reverse engineer, decompile, copy, modify, distribute, transmit, license, sublicense, display, revise, perform, transfer, sell or otherwise make available to any third party or otherwise publish, deep-link, create derivative works from or exploit in any way the Site or its Content except as permitted by us under these terms or as expressly provided under applicable law and/or under any additional terms;
  6. not to use the Site to distribute viruses or malware or other similar harmful software code;
  7. not to represent or suggest that we endorse any other business, product or service unless we have separately agreed to do so in writing; and
  8. that you are solely responsible for all costs and expenses you may incur in relation to your use of the Site and shall be solely responsible for keeping your password and other account details confidential.

We reserve the right to prevent or suspend your access to the Site if you do not comply with any part of these terms and conditions or any applicable law.

Children’s Privacy

We are committed to protecting the privacy of children. Our website and the services offered on our website are directed towards individuals that are the age of majority in Canada or their applicable jurisdiction, whichever is greater. We do not allow minors (persons who are under the age of majority in their place of residence) to create accounts, make purchases or enter contests or promotions.

Persons under the age of majority in their jurisdiction are prohibited from registering an account or using the Site and Platform, and any account that is discovered to have been created or used by a minor shall be promptly suspended and deleted by Trualta.

Use of Materials

All materials posted on this website are protected by the copyright laws in Canada, the United States and in applicable foreign countries. Trualta authorizes you to view or download a single copy of the material on the Trualta Platform solely for your personal, noncommercial use if you include the copyright notice located at the end of the material, for example: “©2017, Trualta Inc. All rights reserved” and other copyright and proprietary rights notices that are contained in the Content. Any special rules for the use of certain software and other items accessible on the Trualta Platform may be included elsewhere within the Platform and are incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference.

Title to the materials remains with Trualta or its licensors. Any use of the materials not expressly permitted by these Terms and Conditions is a breach of these Terms and Conditions and may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws. Content and features are subject to change or termination without notice in the editorial discretion of Trualta. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved to Trualta and its licensors.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions grants you any rights in the Site other than as necessary to enable you to access the Site. You agree not to adjust, to try to circumvent, or delete any intellectual property notices contained on the Site and any digital rights or other security technology embedded or contained within any Site Content.

The Trualta name, brand, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, images and slogans are trademarks of Trualta or its affiliates or licensors. You must not use such marks without the prior written permission of Trualta. Other names, logos, product and service names, designs, images and slogans mentioned or which appear on this Site are the trademarks of their respective owners. Use of any such property, except as expressly authorized, shall constitute a violation of the rights of the property owner and may be a violation of federal or other laws and could subject the violator to legal action.

You may only use the Site for your personal and non-commercial use. You shall not directly or indirectly reproduce, compile for an internal database, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the Content or other material on our Site, including the Platform, in any form or medium whatsoever except:

If you violate any of these Terms and Conditions, your permission to use the materials automatically terminates and you must immediately destroy any copies you have made of any portion of the materials.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Trualta Platform and the content are provided on an “as is” basis, and your use of the Trualta Platform and the Content is at your own risk.

YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR THE PLATFORM, THEIR CONTENT, AND ANY SERVICES OR ITEMS FOUND OR ATTAINED THROUGH THE SITE OR PLATFORM IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE SITE, THE PLATFORM, THEIR CONTENT, AND ANY SERVICES OR ITEMS FOUND OR ATTAINED THROUGH THE SITE ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. NEITHER THE TRUALTA NOR ITS PARENT, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES OR THEIR RESPECTIVE DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, CONTRACTORS, LICENSORS, LICENSEES, SUPPLIERS OR SUCCESSORS MAKE ANY WARRANTY, REPRESENTATION OR ENDORSEMENT WITH RESPECT TO THE COMPLETENESS, SECURITY, RELIABILITY, SUITABILITY, ACCURACY, CURRENCY OR AVAILABILITY OF THE SITE, THE PLATFORM, OR THEIR CONTENTS. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, NEITHER THE TRUALTA NOR ITS PARENT, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES OR THEIR RESPECTIVE DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, CONTRACTORS, LICENSORS, LICENSEES, SUPPLIERS OR SUCCESSORS REPRESENT OR WARRANT THAT THE SITE, ITS CONTENT, OR ANY SERVICES OR ITEMS FOUND OR ATTAINED THROUGH THE SITE OR PLATFORM WILL BE ACCURATE, RELIABLE, ERROR-FREE, OR UNINTERRUPTED, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, THAT OUR SITE OR THE SERVER THAT MAKES IT AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

EXCEPT WHERE SUCH EXCLUSIONS ARE PROHIBITED BY LAW, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE WILL THE TRUALTA NOR ITS PARENT, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES OR THEIR RESPECTIVE DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, CONTRACTORS, LICENSORS, LICENSEES, SUPPLIERS, OR SUCCESSORS BE LIABLE FOR NEGLIGENCE, GROSS NEGLIGENCE, NEGLIGENT MISREPRESENTATION, FUNDAMENTAL BREACH, DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY, INCLUDING ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PERSONAL INJURY, PAIN AND SUFFERING, EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS OR ANTICIPATED SAVINGS, LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF GOODWILL, LOSS OF DATA, AND WHETHER CAUSED BY TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), BREACH OF CONTRACT, BREACH OF PRIVACY OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF THE PARTY WAS ALLEGEDLY ADVISED OR HAD REASON TO KNOW, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE, OR INABILITY TO USE, OR RELIANCE ON, THE SITE, ANY LINKED SITES OR SUCH OTHER THIRD-PARTY SITES, NOR ANY SITE CONTENT, MATERIALS, POSTING OR INFORMATION THEREON EVEN IF THE PARTY WAS ALLEGEDLY ADVISED OR HAD REASON TO KNOW.

Limitation of Liability

EXCEPT WHERE SUCH EXCLUSIONS ARE PROHIBITED BY LAW, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE WILL TRUALTA NOR ITS PARENT, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES OR THEIR RESPECTIVE DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, CONTRACTORS, LICENSORS, LICENSEES, SUPPLIERS, OR SUCCESSORS BE LIABLE FOR NEGLIGENCE, GROSS NEGLIGENCE, NEGLIGENT MISREPRESENTATION, FUNDAMENTAL BREACH, DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY, INCLUDING ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PERSONAL INJURY, PAIN AND SUFFERING, EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS OR ANTICIPATED SAVINGS, LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF GOODWILL, LOSS OF DATA, AND WHETHER CAUSED BY TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), BREACH OF CONTRACT, BREACH OF PRIVACY OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF THE PARTY WAS ALLEGEDLY ADVISED OR HAD REASON TO KNOW, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE, OR INABILITY TO USE, OR RELIANCE ON, THE SITE, THE PLATFORM ANY LINKED WEBSITES OR SUCH OTHER THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES, NOR ANY SITE CONTENT, MATERIALS, POSTING OR INFORMATION THEREON EVEN IF THE PARTY WAS ALLEGEDLY ADVISED OR HAD REASON TO KNOW.

NOTWITHSTANDING THE FOREGOING, TRUALTA, ITS LICENSORS, ITS SUPPLIERS, OR ANY THIRD PARTIES MENTIONED ON THE TRUALTA SITE AND PLATFORM SHALL BE LIABLE ONLY TO THE EXTENT OF ACTUAL DAMAGES INCURRED BY YOU, AND WHICH MAY NOT EXCEED THE VALUE OF ONE THOUSAND CANADIAN DOLLARS ($1,000 CAD) UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES OR EVENTS. TRUALTA, ITS LICENSORS, ITS SUPPLIERS, OR ANY THIRD PARTIES MENTIONED ON THE TRUALTA PLATFORM ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY PERSONAL INJURY, INCLUDING DEATH, CAUSED BY YOUR USE OR MISUSE OF THE SITE, PLATFORM, CONTENT, OR PUBLIC AREAS (AS DEFINED BELOW).

Indemnification

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, YOU AGREE TO DEFEND, INDEMNIFY, AND HOLD HARMLESS TRUALTA, ITS PARENT, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, CONTRACTORS, LICENSORS, SUPPLIERS, SUCCESSORS, AND ASSIGNS FROM AND AGAINST ANY CLAIMS, LIABILITIES, DAMAGES, JUDGMENTS, AWARDS, LOSSES, COSTS, EXPENSES, OR FEES (INCLUDING REASONABLE ATTORNEYS’ FEES) ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR BREACH OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PLATFORM, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THIRD-PARTY SITES, ANY USE OF THE SITE’S CONTENT, SERVICES, AND PRODUCTS OTHER THAN AS EXPRESSLY AUTHORIZED IN THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

User Submissions

The personal information you submit to Trualta is governed by the Trualta Privacy Policy. To the extent there is an inconsistency between this Agreement and the Trualta Privacy Policy, this Agreement shall govern.

The Platform contains functionality (including blogs, message boards, Ask Our Expert postings, user reviews of drug information, etc.) that allows users to upload content to the Platform (collectively “Public Areas“) and users may also upload content via our official brand presence on social media platforms and branded hashtags (including, without limitation Facebook, Twitter, Google Plus, YouTube, Instagram, and Pinterest, collectively “Social Media Platforms“).

You agree that you will not upload or transmit any communications or content of any type to the Public Areas or Social Media Platforms that infringe or violate any rights of any party, or any applicable laws. By submitting communications or content to the Public Areas or Social Media Platforms, you agree that such submission is non-confidential for all purposes. It is important to note that Trualta is not responsible for the operation, terms of use or policies of any Social Media Platform. Before using any Social Media Platform you should review its terms of use and policies, including its privacy policy.

If you make any such submission you agree that you will not send or transmit to Trualta by email, (including through the email addresses listed on the “Contact Us” page) any communication or content that infringes or violates any rights of any party, or any applicable laws. If you submit any business information, idea, concept or invention to Trualta by email, you agree such submission is non-confidential for all purposes.

If you make any submission to a Public Area or a Social Media Platform or if you submit any business information, idea, concept or invention to Trualta by email, you automatically grant, or warrant that the owner of such content or intellectual property has expressly granted, Trualta a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, world-wide nonexclusive license to use, reproduce, create derivative works from, modify, publish, edit, translate, distribute, perform, and display the communication or content in any media or medium, or any form, format, or forum now known or hereafter developed. Trualta may sublicense its rights through multiple tiers of sublicenses. If you wish to keep any business information, ideas, concepts or inventions private or proprietary, do not submit them to the Public Areas or Social Media Platforms or to Trualta by email. We try to answer every email in a timely manner, but are not always able to do so.

User Submissions — Image, Video, Audio Files

You agree to only post or upload media (like photos, videos or audio) on the Trualta Platform or a Social Media Platform that you have taken yourself or that you have all rights to transmit and license and which do not violate trademark, copyright, privacy or any other rights of any other person. Photos or videos of celebrities and cartoon or comic images are usually copyrighted by the owner.

To protect your privacy, you agree that you will not submit any media that contains Personally Identifiable Information (like name, phone number, email address or web site URL) of you or of anyone else. Uploading media like images or video of other people without their permission is strictly prohibited.

By uploading any media on the Trualta Platform or a Social Media Platform, you warrant that you have permission from all persons appearing in your media for you to make this contribution and grant rights described herein. Never post a picture or video of or with someone else unless you have their explicit permission.

It is strictly prohibited to upload media of any kind that contain expressions of hate, abuse, offensive images or conduct, obscenity, pornography, sexually explicit or any material that could give rise to any civil or criminal liability under applicable law or regulations or that otherwise may be in conflict with these Terms and Conditions and the Trualta Privacy Policy.

You agree that you will not upload any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or this Web site.

By uploading any media on the Trualta Platform or a Social Media Platform like a photo or video, (a) you grant to Trualta a perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, copy, print, display, reproduce, modify, publish, post, transmit and distribute the media and any material included in the media; (b) you certify that any person pictured in the submitted media (or, if a minor, his/her parent/legal guardian) authorizes Trualta to use, copy, print, display, reproduce, modify, publish, post, transmit and distribute the media and any material included in such media; and (c) you agree to indemnify Trualta and its affiliates, directors, officers and employees and hold them harmless from any and all claims and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising from the media and/or your failure to comply with these the terms described in this document.

Trualta reserves the right to review all media prior to submission to the Platform and to remove any media for any reason, at any time, without prior notice, at our sole discretion.

Passwords

Trualta has several tools that allow you to record and store information. You are responsible for taking all reasonable steps to ensure that no unauthorized person shall have access to your Trualta passwords or accounts. It is your sole responsibility to (1) control the dissemination and use of sign-in name, screen name and passwords; (2) authorize, monitor, and control access to and use of your Trualta account and password; (3) promptly inform Trualta if you believe your account or password has been compromised or if there is any other reason you need to deactivate a password. To send us an email, use the “Contact Us” links located at the bottom of every page of our site. You grant Trualta and all other persons or entities involved in the operation of the Platform the right to transmit, monitor, retrieve, store, and use your information in connection with the operation of the Platform. Trualta cannot and does not assume any responsibility or liability for any information you submit, or your or third parties’ use or misuse of information transmitted or received using Trualta tools and services.

Trualta Community and Member to Member Areas (“Public Areas”) and Social Media Platforms

If you use a Public Area, such as message boards, blogs, Ask Our Expert, User Reviews or other member communities, or post on any Social Media Platform, you are solely responsible for your own communications, the consequences of posting those communications, and your reliance on any communications found in the Public Areas or on the Social Media Platforms. Trualta and its licensors are not responsible for the consequences of any communications in the Public Areas or on Social Media Platforms. In cases where you feel threatened or believe someone else is in danger, you should contact your local law enforcement agency immediately. If you think you may have a medical emergency, call your doctor or 911 immediately.

In consideration of being allowed to use the Public Areas and Social Media Platforms, you agree that the following actions shall constitute a material breach of these Terms and Conditions:

  1. Using a Public Area or Social Media Platform for any purpose in violation of local, state, national, or international laws;
  2. Posting material that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others or on the privacy or publicity rights of others;
  3. Posting material that is unlawful, obscene, defamatory, threatening, harassing, abusive, slanderous, hateful, or embarrassing to any other person or entity as determined by Trualta in its sole discretion;
  4. Posting advertisements or solicitations of business;
  5. After receiving a warning, continuing to disrupt the normal flow of dialogue, or posting comments that are not related to the topic being discussed (unless it is clear the discussion is free-form);
  6. Posting chain letters or pyramid schemes;
  7. Impersonating another person;
  8. Distributing viruses or other harmful computer code;
  9. Harvesting, scraping or otherwise collecting information about others, including email addresses, without their identification for posting or viewing comments;
  10. Allowing any other person or entity to use your identification for posting or viewing comments
  11. Posting the same note more than once or “spamming”; or
  12. Engaging in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits any other person from using or enjoying the Public Area, Social Media Platform or the Site, or which, in the judgment of Trualta, exposes Trualta or any of its customers or suppliers to any liability or detriment of any type.

Trualta reserves the right (but is not obligated) to do any or all of the following:

  1. Record the dialogue in public chat rooms;
  2. Investigate an allegation that a communication(s) do(es) not conform to the terms of this section and determine in its sole discretion to remove or request the removal of the communication(s).
  3. Remove communications which are abusive, illegal, or disruptive, or that otherwise fail to conform with these Terms and Conditions.
  4. Terminate a user’s access to any or all Public Areas and/or the Trualta Platform upon any breach of these Terms and Conditions.
  5. Monitor, edit, or disclose any communication in the Public Areas or on a Social Media Platform.
  6. Edit or delete any communication(s) posted on the Trualta Platform, regardless of whether such communication(s) violate these standards.
Trualta or its licensors have no liability or responsibility to users of the Trualta Platform or any other person or entity for performance or nonperformance of the aforementioned activities.
Advertisements, Searches, and Links to Other Sites

Trualta may provide links to third-party web sites. Trualta also may select certain sites as priority responses to search terms you enter. Trualta does not recommend and does not endorse the content on any third-party websites. Trualta is not responsible for the content of linked third-party sites, sites framed within the Trualta Platform, third-party sites provided as search results, or third-party advertisements, and does not make any representations regarding their content or accuracy. Your use of third-party websites is at your own risk and subject to the terms and conditions of use for such sites. Trualta does not endorse any product, service, or treatment advertised on the Trualta Platform.

Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Trualta, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers, harmless from and against any claims, actions or demands, liabilities and settlements including without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, resulting from, or alleged to result from, your violation of these Terms and Conditions.

General

Trualta is based in  Canada. Trualta makes no claims that Trualta, or any site within the Trualta Platform, and the Content are appropriate or may be downloaded outside Canada or the United States. The following provisions survive the expiration or termination of this Agreement for any reason whatsoever: Liability, User Submissions, User Submissions – image, video, audio files, Indemnity, Jurisdiction, and Complete Agreement.

Jurisdiction

You expressly agree that exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute with Trualta, or in any way relating to your use of the Trualta Site, resides in the province of Ontario, Canada, and you further agree and expressly consent to the exercise of personal jurisdiction in the courts of the province of Ontario, Canada, in connection with any such dispute including any claim involving Trualta or its affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, contractors, officers, directors, telecommunication providers, and content providers.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the internal substantive laws of the Province of Ontario, without respect to its conflict of laws principles. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions, which shall remain in full force and effect. No waiver of any of these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or any other term or condition.

Notice and Takedown Procedures; and Copyright Agent

If you believe any materials accessible on or from the PlatformPlatform infringe your copyright, you may request removal of those materials (or access thereto) from this web site by contacting Trualta’s copyright agent (identified below) and providing the following information:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work that you believe to be infringed. Please describe the work, and where possible include a copy or the location (e.g., URL) of an authorized version of the work.
  2. Identification of the material that you believe to be infringing and its location. Please describe the material, and provide us with its URL or any other pertinent information that will allow us to locate the material.
  3. Your name, address, telephone number and (if available) e-mail address.
  4. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the complained of use of the materials is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement that the information that you have supplied is accurate, and indicating that “under penalty of perjury,” you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the copyright owner’s behalf.
  6. A signature or the electronic equivalent from the copyright holder or authorized representative.

In an effort to protect the rights of copyright owners, Trualta maintains a policy for the termination, in appropriate circumstances, of subscribers and account holders of the Platform who are repeat infringers.

Complete Agreement

Except as expressly provided in a particular “legal notice” on the Trualta Platform, these Terms and Conditions and the Trualta Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Trualta with respect to the use of the Trualta Platform, and Content.
